Shipping Rates and Services
All orders placed on Modraphelia.com are shipped via Canada Post. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification including a tracking code so you may track the progress of your package.
*During the sale/shows, although our team are working over time, we are even busier than usual therefore we have pushed out our delivery schedule; all orders will be processed within 2-5 working days after the day they are placed. Once the sale is complete, we will resume our usual delivery schedule of processing orders within 1-3 working days.
- Canada Regular Mail (within Ontario) - Standard Service (1-6 business days) - Calculated by Canada Post at the checkout.
- Rest of Canada – Standard Service (1-10 Business days) -Calculated by Canada Post at the checkout.

- USA- Expedited Service (2-8 business days) Small Packages- $19.99, Large Packages $24.99
- Rest of the World – Express (1-6 business days) - $75.00. Regular with tracking number (6+ business days) $48.00
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch; Modraphelia is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, adverse weather conditions, bank holidays delays, or recipient not present when a delivery is attempted and not responding to Canada Post alerts.
For shipments to countries outside of Canada, we ship on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that you, the customer, are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on your item(s). Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot confirm how much the charges may be. Please note that you are also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Goods may occasionally be subject to delays due to weather or customs.
Modraphelia cannot be held responsible if local customs authorities charge any import duty or wish to confiscate any items. As the customer, you are responsible for paying the duty.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country so we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
All items can be returned within 20 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Should the item purchased be out of stock, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them, minus the shipping cost.
The items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. Please click here to print a Returns Form which must be accompanied with the return.
Please note when returning an item from outside of Canada, mark the package clearly as RETURN. Any shipping cost as well as any duty or customs cost are to be incurred by the shipper. Modraphelia is not liable for return shipping or customs and duties on returns.
Please ensure when returning an item that you state the order number CLEARLY and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Once the shipment arrives to our office we will send you an email confirmation. As soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition, we will honor your request for an exchange or refund. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or for any delayed or lost packages. However we will work with you to make sure you receive your goods.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We will refund you the cost of the goods excluding shipping charge, except in cases where the incorrect order was shipped or the entire order was faulty.
