Standard Shipping Canada
Standard shipping orders are processed once payment verification has been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in 3-10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) within Canada.
Typically, we will ship a larger, heavier item such as a coat or jacket via a large package. Smaller items such as tees and shirts are shipped as small package.

USA Expedited Shipping
Orders placed with Expedited delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will arrive within 8 business days, pending payment verification.

International Surface Shipping
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) arrive within 6 - 8 weeks, pending payment verification.
Orders delivered outside of Canada may be subject to import duties or custom charges. Modraphelia is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries.
Express International Delivery
Orders placed with Express International Delivery Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will arrive 1 - 6 business days, pending payment verification.

Combined Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple items, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the item that weighs the most. There are no additional shipping charges for the smaller items within the package.
Returns Policy
You can return any item within 20 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Should the item purchased be out of stock, we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them, minus the shipping cost.
The items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return. Please click here to print a Returns Form which must be accompanied with the return.
Please note when returning an item from outside of Canada, mark the package clearly as RETURN. Any duty or customs are to be incurred by the shipper. Modraphelia is not liable for customs and duties on returns.
Please ensure when returning an item that you state the order number CLEARLY and whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Once the shipment arrives to our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming, as soon as we are confident the goods are in their original condition, we will honor your request for an exchange or refund. In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition. All goods will be inspected on return and any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or for any delayed or lost packages. However we will work with you to make sure you receive your goods.
We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We will refund you the cost of the goods excluding shipping charge, except in cases where the incorrect order was shipped or the entire order was faulty.

Has my order been shipped?
Our warehouse team will notify you via email once your item(s) have been shipped complete with a tracking number so you can check the progress by logging on to the courier company’s website provided.
Received a faulty item
Email us upon receipt of the item. Provide detailed information about the issue with the item and we will do our utmost to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Item missing from my order
Please ensure you check your packing slip as at times, we may not dispatch all items ordered. If you’re not sure about something on your packing slip, give us a call.
