to send you unsolicited information. We will in no way pass your personal information or order details to any other company, other than to fulfill the delivery of your order.

Upon making a purchase from Modraphelia, you will be asked to provide
us with details of your trading status (a letterhead, business card or the URL of your business web site), email address, billing address, delivery address, phone number and Paypal details. This information will be collected and stored.

The information we hold requires to be accurate and up to date. Feel free to check and amend the information held by Modraphelia which will be in accordance with our internal security policies.

Modraphelia requires your credit card or Paypal details to ensure all your orders are processed competently.

Terms & Conditions

Modraphelia reserves the right to revise prices and details at any time
without notice. All items are subject to availability. Color accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.

Our embroidered patches are subject to a minimum order of 1000 pieces although some exceptions may be made to satisfy our customers. Circular patches are measured at approximately 4 inches diameter and others may vary in size (for exact measurements please contact Modraphelia).

All orders are Pro-forma. Once your order is ready to be dispatched, we will contact you to advise the amount payable. For international orders, Paypal only. Goods will be sent within two business days once payment has been received and cleared.

We only invoice for goods in stock. Any unavailable items are back-ordered for future dispatch and charged separately. Any items which are currently out of stock will be dispatched within 30 days, any orders which are further delayed, we will notify the customer.

Please be advised that orders delivered within Canada or worldwide are subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. Modraphelia is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries.
